Kumikata:

Tori and uke stand opposite each other. Tori grabs with TLH URW and steps with TRL tussen'de feet of uke (because them TRF something are put for the feet, but in the middle of uke feet). Tori stands now with his rechterschouder for uke. Tori brings URW (strongly) omhoog and forward with TLH. This movement must be this way carried out that TLH above are tori's head. Uke comes stand because of this on his toes.

Kuzushi:

mame no kuzushi

Tsukuri:

Tori comes slightly forward and brings TLH down and brings (lays) tori this way on his neck schouderlijn. At the same time grabs tori with TRH URB. Tori throws uke by throwing off neck/shoulder uke of tori's

Observation:
The implementation of the kata garuma like above described differs of the traditional manner of to carry out, where uke is taken entirely on the shoulders and it are thrown at the left-hand side of tori. This manner is less and less carried out, certainly in the game circuit, because this more strength requires. For this reason it has been chosen for the above manner of to carry out of the kata garuma.
